• Monthly Fee: $2,500 / month (Re-evaluated from ad-hoc pricing to reflect high-yield technical and operational oversight)

• Client Time Commitment: Maximum 2.5 hours / month total required client availability.

Included Deliverables & Features

• Monthly Tech & Ops Audit: Periodic review of operational software, identification of data bottlenecks, and cybersecurity risk checks.

• Automation & Systems Build: Execution of 1 core workflow optimization or build per month (e.g., CRM configuration, client onboarding flow, or basic database query optimization).

• Strategy & Advisory Calls: Two 45-minute bi-weekly strategic sync sessions.

• Direct Access & Support: Asynchronous communication channel (Slack/Email) with a guaranteed 24-hour response window during business days.

Client Expectations & Availability Constraints

• Client must designate one primary decision-maker to attend bi-weekly advisory calls and provide prompt feedback on workflow builds.
